What you agree to when you browse, buy, list or sell on Atelier.

Membership
Sellers pay $19.99 per month to list and sell. Cancel any time; listings stay live until the end of the paid period.

Commission
Atelier keeps 5% of the sale price. The seller receives the remaining 95%.

Listings
You keep copyright in your work. You confirm you have the right to sell it and that title, size, medium and price are accurate.

Payouts
Sellers are paid via Stripe once tracking shows the work delivered to the buyer.

Accounts
One account per person or gallery. Keep your login safe and tell us at once if you think someone else used it.

Changes
We may update these terms. For a sale already in progress, the terms shown at the time of sale apply.
