Payments are handled by Stripe. Atelier never stores your full card number.

Payouts
Seller payouts are released only after tracking shows the work delivered, so a sale can be reversed if something is wrong.

Use a strong, unique password. We will never ask for your password by email or message.

Found a weakness? Tell us through the contact page and we'll acknowledge within one business day.

If something breaks
We say so here and in a banner in the app. No quiet incidents, no buried notices.

What we ask of you
Keep your login to yourself, and tell us at once if you spot a listing that looks stolen.

Atelier is a marketplace connecting collectors with galleries and artists. Sellers pay a $19.99 monthly membership and Atelier keeps 5% of each sale; the seller receives 95% via Stripe once tracking shows the work delivered.
